XML required to add a page tag

Hello,

I am using your page tagging kit and I'm finding it very useful.

I do some automatic page creation using the OneNote API and I am trying to see how I would automatically add a page tag when I create a page.

I tried adding something like this to the page XML:
<one:TagDef xmlns:one="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/onenote/2013/onenote" fontColor="#808083" highlightColor="none" index="0" name="Example Page Tag" symbol="0" type="2" />
<one:TagDef xmlns:one="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/onenote/2013/onenote" fontColor="automatic" highlightColor="none" index="12" name="Page Tags" symbol="26" type="23" />
but I haven't been able to get it to work so far. Are you able to explain what changes are required to the XML to be able to add a page tag?

Tag Definitions must be the first children of the <Page> Element. To use the Tags you need to add <Tag> elements to the <OE> elements. Other than that the Tag definitions look ok,
